Answer: Any DeVry student, faculty, or staff (alumni may use the resources at any of our 26 campus library locations) - Question: How do I access the library?

Online: http://library.devry.edu/ - Question: Is there any cost to use the library?
Answer: No. There is no additional cost to students, faculty, or staff for using the library. - Question: What resources are available in the library?
Answer: Printed books, eBooks, Audiobooks, eAudiobooks, full-text periodical and research (i.e., "online") databases,and DVDs. - Question: What kinds of periodicals can I find in the library?
Answer: On-site: Campus libraries subscribe to a variety of print periodicals, from popular to academic. Contact your local campus library (http://librarydb.devry.edu/directory.html) for a list.
Online: More than 27,000 periodicals are accessible online, including Harvard Business Review, Business Week, Chronicle of Higher Education, HR Magazine, Crain's Chicago Business, Forbes, etc. - Question: How can I find information on business, marketing, and/or higher education trends and related topics?
Answer: Search our online databases (see #7 below) to find full-text articles and our online catalog (see #9 below) to find books and eBooks on the topic. - Question: Where on the library website can I find online databases and how do I access them?
Answer: Links to online databases (e.g., EBSCOhost, Hoover's, Faulkner, etc.) can be found on the library's main page (http://library.devry.edu/). When prompted, enter your DSI number and your password (e.g., birthdate for students, date of hire for faculty and staff). - Question: How can I get help using one of the library's online databases?
Answer: Find the link to the appropriate online database on the "Research Help" page (http://librarydb.devry.edu/research-help.html). If you are still stuck, see #12 below, for how to contact a librarian. - Question: How do I find out if the library has a book or periodical in which I'm interested?
Answer: Search the library's online catalog (http://library.devry.edu/cgi-bin/Pwebrecon.cgi?DB=local&PAGE=First). - Question: How do I request a book or other item from another campus library?
Answer: After you have identified the item in the online catalog, click the "Request an Item link," login with your DSI number and your last name. Then, complete the form and submit the request. You will receive an email about your request. - Question: What are the hours the library is open?
Answer: On-site: Check with your local campus library for exact hours (http://librarydb.devry.edu/directory.html).
Online: 24 hours per day, 7 days a week! - Question: What if I have a question? How can I get help?
Answer: DeVry librarians are available to answer questions in-person, via email (devrylib@devry.edu), or phone (click here for phone numbers: http://librarydb.devry.edu/directory.html), during regular business hours, and also via chat (http://librarydb.devry.edu/ask.html), during regular business hours, weeknights and weekends. - Question: What kinds of help do the DeVry librarians provide?
Answer: DeVry librarians are available to help provide assistance in researching topics in every DeVry University and Chamberlain College of Nursing programmatic area and to assist staff in researching topics related to their areas of responsibility. - Question: Whom should I contact if I want to request the Library acquire a particular book, periodical, or database?
